Summary
The new owners of the historic 1920s Majestic Theater on First Street plan to reopen it as a 290-seat community event space within about a year, needing HVAC, electrical and restroom work first. They're raising money through the Benicia Community Foundation and asked the commission for community connections and programming ideas.
